Flower shop Ilaria undertakes to respond to every complaint within 48 hours (or 2 working days) and try to solve the problem to the benefit of both parties.\u00a0<\/p><p>The contract starts and is binding from the moment the user makes a payment in a certain amount for the agreed service.
