Amarilis j.d.o.o. or MI refers to the company Amarilis j.d.o.o. Croatia, Varaždinska 51, HR-21000 Split, OIB 07339312028
GDPR - EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC).
SERVICES means the purchase and sale of products offered by Amarilis j.d.o.o.
PERSONAL DATA / PERSONAL INFORMATION means any information relating to an identified or recognizable living person.
PROCESSOR refers to a natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.
IZVRŠITELJ OBRADE se odnosi na fizičku ili pravnu osobu koja obrađuje osobne podatke u ime Voditelja obrade.
SUB-PROCESSOR refers to a natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the Controller, as specified in the contract and in accordance with our instructions.
